Fresh Cutt Carving Grill

Fresh Cutt Carving Grill is the debut restaurant from sisters Diana and Karina Shishalovsky. Fresh Cutt offers a fresh, new spin on casual dining, serving healthy food at affordable prices with restaurant quality service. The California/Mediterranean menu features a sumptuous selection of slow-cooked meats and fresh sides that can be combined in an unlimited number of ways.

Diners start their journey by choosing a Fresh Cutt Selection of Lemon Chicken, Pepper Tri-Tip Steak, Chicken Jambalaya, Beef Jambalaya, or Vegetarian. Then they combine their base selection with up to five signature accompaniments to create one-of-a kind sandwiches, plates or bowls. Accompaniments include homemade spreads (like Hummus, Baba Ganush, Veggie Spread), hot sides (such as Rice Pilaf, Grilled Veggies, Black or Cajun Beans), and a variety of sauces, cheeses and relishes. Extras include Fresh Cutt Fries, Chopped Salads, the Fresh Cutt Split (½ fries, ½ salad) and hand-cut avocado salad.
