Joe Draper has always had a passion for preparing delicious foods such as Fried Chicken, BBQ Ribs, Collard Greens, Catfish and more for family, church events and friends. Johnny Walker has a love and been cookin' cue since 1989. In that time he has created and marketed his own signature barbeque sauce. And has always had a desire to find the uniqueness in flavor with a special blend of herbs and spices.
