Elgin Baylor Lumpkin (aka Ginuwine) born October 15, 1975 in Washington D.C, is a R&B singer/ songwriter, model, actor and performer. Since signing with Epic Records in1996, Ginuwine has released a number of multi-platinum and platinum-selling albums and singles, becoming one of R&B's top artists during the 1990s.
