“Beautiful, eloquent indie pop” is how some have described the music of Stars, this five member Canadian group originally from Toronto. After spending two years touring the world in support of “Set Yourself on Fire,” which went gold in Canada, garnering a Juno nomination for Best Alternative Album and in the U.S. selling over 80,000 copies, landing in Rolling Stone's Top 50 Albums of the Year, Stars returned to the studio to collaborate on their fourth album.On September 25, Stars will release "In Our Bedroom After The War". It's Stars' most confident and compelling work to date – an album that showcases the seven years of experience they share as a band. It was recorded at the Warehouse Studios in Vancouver, BC and mixed by Joe Chiccarelli (The White Stripes, The Shins, Morrissey).Torquil Campbell, lead singer and songwriter for the group, also performs in Broken Social Scene along with fellow band members Amy Millan and Evan Cranley.
